This mold is designed for the 3/0 - 5/0 Gamakatsu Style 111 round bend heavy wire hooks. This five cavity mold makes one each of sizes 1/8, 1/4, 3/8, 1/2, and 5/8oz. the mold requires a wire form insert new from Do-It to accompany this mold.
