Tie it directly to lures or make removable rubber skirts with the Rubber Skirt Factory Tool. Just divide a length of ribbon into two or three strips, spread them around the tying collar of the lure, and tightly fasten with size "E" thread or light wire. Then stretch the ribbon and S-L-O-W-L-Y cut across each strip. Watch each filament spring to life! Same natural rubber as our round filament rubber skirts with a printed texture.
