Revo Premier (Click photo to left to enlarge) - The new REVO™ series of low-profile baitcast reels are the finest and fastest low-profile reels that Abu Garcia® has ever designed. The two new additions to the Revo™ lineup are the Premier and the Inshore reels. At a mere 6.3 ounces, the Revo™ Premier is the lightest one piece aluminum reel on the market. Make no mistake about it though, this super lightweight is whipping all of the heavyweights it goes up against. Also new to the market is the new Revo™ Inshore reel, which like the Premier, features HPCR (high precision corrosion resistant) bearings. Additionally, the Inshore holds more line than any other reel in it's class (175/12). For enhanced corrosion resistance, the frame and crank sideplate is made of X-Craftic™ alloy. Each Inshore reel comes with an extra "Power Handle" packed in the box for use when chasing those oversized inshore/offshore species.

The STX and SX are available in two gear ratios; Fast and Super Fast. Each of the tough REVO™'s are packed with innovative features, including a Duragear™ oversized brass main gear for maximum cranking power and the innovative Carbon Matrix Drag™ System for incredible power and smoothness across all drag settings. The reel also is designed with aluminum components for light-weight performance and "Built for Life" durability.

The Linear Magnetic Brake™ system found on the SX, STX, and Premier models allow anglers a wide range of adjustments to fine tune the reel for any application. In addition the STX model features an Everslik™ coated pinion shaft and pawl which dramatically reduces friction for enhanced casting while improving the durability of these components. The Premier, Inshore, and STX also feature the innovative Infini Spool II™ system which is separated from the drive train and minimizes friction for incredibly long casts, and optimal performance even with the lightest tackle. Revo™'s are smaller in size and more comfortable in your hand while palming, yet hold more line than most every other reel in their class.
